Process Steps:
Set up the equipment
Clean the most heavily soiled area first
Show the Homeowner the contrast between the clean and dirty area
Pre-vacuum the carpet throughout the home to remove the dry particulate soil
Start the spotting process and pre-spray the traffic lanes
Move to the most convenient area to proceed with the cleaning process
Move all of the furniture away from the walls
Wipe down the wood baseboards with a damp cloth
Clean the outside of the room utilizing the scrub wand
Move the furniture back into place and set on foam blocks or foils
Clean the main area of the room utilizing your rotary extraction wand
Groom the carpet using either your grooming brush or grooming rake
Move onto the next room
Review proper cleaning and vacuuming procedures with the Homeowner
