How easy will it be for my field staff to use? Will they need to be trained?
Fear not! KnowHow's app is friendly and intuitive. But we're not leaving you to figure it out all by yourself. Our dedicated team is here to make sure your workforce gets up to speed swiftly and comfortably. And yes, we've got a bunch of handy demo videos ready to roll, too.
Do I need to be part of the DKI network to participate?
Absolutely not. While the best pricing is reserved for DKI and ProSupply members, we do have a rate we are extending to non-affiliated participants. However, the savings are such that you may want to look into joining ProSupply to get the better rate and additional savings with other vendors you probably use every day. You can always join today at the rate for non-affiliated participants, and if you sign up for ProSupply in the future simply tell your ProSupply representative that you have a KnowHow account through DKI and we will adjust the rate on your next billing cycle. How does billing get processed once I sign up?
You will receive an invoice with a payment link. The billing entity will be called Disaster Kleenup International. If in 48 hours you have not seen the invoice, please look in your junk folder. If you still can’t find it please send an email to
knowhow@dkiservices.com.

DKI requires participants to pay the monthly license fees in the month prior to service. Payments must be made by pre-authorized Electronic Fund Transfer or Credit Card. (Please note that paying by credit card will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.) Licenses are charged in whole month increments and there are no refunds or exchanges permitted. All invoices are due upon receipt. If you are set up on credit card or ACH payments, funds will be charged on the invoice date. To avoid any future issues we strongly
suggest you set the payment up for auto pay through the invoice payment link you receive from DKI.
Is KnowHow only available for English-speaking teams?
Not at all! We understand that language barriers can pose a challenge in diverse workforces. That’s why KnowHow automatically translates every process you add into whatever an employee's preferred language is on their device. This ensures that everyone on your team can receive clear and concise instructions for any task, regardless of their native language. With KnowHow, you can foster a more inclusive and productive workplace for all.
KnowHow currently offers translation to: Armenian, Chinese, Simplified English, French, Hindi, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
What is included in this program?
Participants will have access to all base KnowHow content and content in the ProSupply Playbook. Content will be added over time. You will also have the ability to add your own content.
Is there a long term commitment?
No. You can end your subscription at any time by sending written notification to knowhow@dkiservices.com with 30 days notice and we will end the recurring billing by the next billing cycle. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, issued DKI would have already been charged for your location(s).
